Cascades by Waterfall Wishes - April 2023 Promotion

Cascades purchases from March 25, 2023 through April 30, 2023 will be automatically registered the week of their purchase for a chance to win a $250 store credit valid on Cascades purchases. 

Please review the following guidelines before participating in this online promotional giveaway:

  1. Eligibility: This giveaway is open to all individuals who are at least 18 years of age and who are legally allowed to participate in such promotions. Employees of our company, their family members, and affiliated companies are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited.

  2. Entry Methods: Customers using valid e-mail addresses who purchase Cascades item(s) will receive one entry good for the promotion held the week of purchase.  To enter without a purchase, please send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Waterfall Wishes 7409 Stallion St. Denton, TX 76208.  Entries must be received by the deadline stated in the giveaway rules.

  3. Winner Selection: Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Winners will be contacted via email within 48 hours of the selection and will have 7 days to respond and claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within the given timeframe, a new winner will be selected.

  4. Prize: (5) $250 Cascades store credit via a discount code (valid on Cascades products only). All prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  5. Publicity: By entering the giveaway, participants grant us permission to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media and our website.

  6. Liability: We are not responsible for any technical or other issues that may prevent participants from entering the giveaway or receiving the prize. We are also not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur as a result of participating in the giveaway or accepting the prize.

  7. Changes to the Rules: We reserve the right to modify the rules of the giveaway at any time, without prior notice.
